Our indulgent Kente cushions are handmade with strips of these iconic Ghanaian fabrics, alongside western classics like denim and linen. Some designs feature full width strips appliquéd to a base fabric and others are cut into narrow strips and joined to strips of the base fabric to stunning effect. These techniques serve to amplify the beauty of these colourful and culturally important fabrics.
